Movement + Mindfulness for parents and tots in a "circle time" format. This class offers a unique opportunity for sharing and bonding with poses to stretch the body, yoga play ("lila") to nurture the spirit, and relaxation exercises to quiet the mind. It is an uplifting, mind-expanding, and fun way for children to build strength, spirit, and self-esteem.

Instructor: Tara Scott
Tara is a mother, mentor, teacher and founder of dharma yoga arts, the teaching practice through which she nurtures community with movement, mindfulness and meditation. She is nationally registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and certified to teach yoga to adolescents (AYAY, 2009).
